I finally got Vandread today
Both the 1st and 2nd stage.
but it was in CD form
AND the cover sucked big time
but what the heck
this is the cheapest I could find
and besides, I can always do my own cover.
Just like what I did with Shaman King. -.^
anywayz, about Vandread.
This was actually an anime that I watched when i was bout what, standard 3 or so?
so it's a pretty old anime
it was when Astro's AXN showed anime
which in this case, was Vandread [and Fushigi Yuugi and Slam Dunk etc. etc. etc.]
I didn't watch the whole series because I was at my cousin's place for only the holidays

Vandread,
is an anime bout machines and all
girls fighting against guys or something like that. It's a futuristic anime
with all it's mecha and stuff
reminds me of transformers
but with tons of pretty gals
nyaha.
and in the middle of all this a guy's in there.

I'll just post the synopsis here.
In a universe where men and women are mortal enemies, Hibiki is captured by a band of female pirates. The group find themselves stranded with a super ship they dub the Nirvana and set out for the female home planet. Along the way, they discover the existence of the "The Harvest" and the possible destruction of both men and women.
Vandread 2nd stage
The crew of the Nirvana now find themselves much closer to their home planet than ever.Along the way they find a capsule with a girl named Misty in it.Along with the discovery of this girl the birth of the ultimate vandread is about to be born.
